摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce cost by neither exposing a connector on the inside of a rotary tank body at all nor necessitating high corrosion resistance as the connector, by a method wherein the connector, where a shaft is supported and fixed at the central part and a collar part is possessed on the circumferential part at a position corresponding to the bottom of the rotary tank body, is held by a female mold by floating the collar part, under a state of which the rotary tank body is molded by casting synthetic resin into a molding part. CONSTITUTION:A connector 20 possesses a collar part 21 on its circumferential part and a recessed part 22 is formed on a sideward position of the central part by hollowing lower than the same. While the connector 20 holding a dehydrating shaft 25 is held by a female mold 11 under a state where the connector 20 is moved most to a female mold 11 side, a male mold 12 and the female mold 11 are clamped by inserting the male mold 12 into the female mold 11, and molding of a dehydrating tank body is performed by casting synthetic resin into a molding part 13 through a gate 16 under this state. A gap 26 between the outside 21a of the collar part and male mold is sufficiently larger than a gap 27 between the outside 21b of the collar part and the female mold, Therefore, as the synthetic resin flows into the gap 26 previously to the gap 27, the connector 20 is pressed against the female mold 11 side through pressure of the resin and held under a state where a movement of the same to a male mold 12 side is prevented, and the molding is performed under this state.
