<p>PURPOSE:To execute a partial transfer of a document in character unit by providing a character fetching means to fetch a part of a stored document data, and a character re-inputting means to re-input a data from the designated position in a document data. CONSTITUTION:The character fetching means 8 to fetch a part of a stored document data and let it be stored temporarily as a character data string, and the character re-inputting means 10 to re-input said character data string in the designated position in the document data, are provided. As a result, the transfer of a sentence for purpose of layout-modification of document or copying of document-content can be executed in the character unit, hence the labor and the time necessary for correcting a document can be reduced. Particularly, in the layout-modification of document, the character is re-inputted in accordance with a new layout without considering the already-inputted layout at all; also, in the copying of the content of already-inputted document, the copying of a character can be executed irrespective of the layout or the modification of the already-inputted document.</p> |
