PURPOSE:To make the structure of a device simple by a method wherein the inner circumferential edge part in the opening part of a synthetic resin-made frame is inserted slidably between the rear part of the peripheral edge part of a synthetic resin-made cylindrical sliding member and taper surfaces formed in a click placed vertically in the sliding member and contact resistance is provided between a taper part formed in the circumferential edge part and the taper surface in the sliding member. CONSTITUTION:At the rear part of the peripheral edge part 23 of a synthetic resin- made cylindrical sliding member 2 a recessed part 24 is formed and a rotation operation part 1 is inserted into it. At the member 2 a plurality of leg pieces 25 are placed vertically and at their outside nail parts 26 are formed. At the outside of the click 26 taper surfaces 26a, 26b diverging and converging toward the rear side of the sliding member are formed toward the tip. A inside taper part 32b is formed in the rear side of the inner circumferential edge part 32 in the opening part of a synthetic resin- made frame 3. When the member 2 is pressed into the part 31 of the frame 3 by the use of elasticity of the part 26, the inner circumferential edge part 32 of the frame 3 is inserted slidably between the rear surface 23b of the part 23 of the member 2 and the taper surface 26a and proper resistance is provided by the elastic contact between the surface 26a and the part 32b.
