PURPOSE:To obtain dried SHIITAKE mushrooms having excellent flavor, taste, color, etc., by providing 'EBIRA' (drying frames) for SHIITAKE mushrooms having ceramics emitting far infrared rays for the plural stages in the drying frames for the SHIITAKE mushrooms in a drying chamber. CONSTITUTION:Drying frames 4 for SHIITAKE mushrooms having ceramics 12 emitting far infrared rays are provided for plural stages of the drying frames 4 for SHIITAKE mushrooms placed in may stages in the interior of a drying chamber 1. These drying frames have a net-like bottom 9 divided into the form of checkers by partition frames to form many divided squares 11 and the ceramics 12 for emitting far infrared rays at 10mu+ or -2mu wavelength are provided in the interior of the respective divided squares 11. |
