PURPOSE:To enable the alkaline development, and to improve the ink forming property of the titled composition by incorporating a copolymer contg. a specified structural unit in a binding agent, in a prescribed range based on the total solid contd. in the titled composition. CONSTITUTION:In the titled composition contg. a photosensitive diazo resin and a binding agent, the copolymer contg. at least one kind of the structural units shown by formulas I and II respectively is incorporated in the binding agent in an amount of 0.01-10wt.% based on the total solid matter of the titled composition. In formulas I and II, R1 and R3 are each hydrogen atom or methyl group, R2 is >=4 C alkyl group, a substd. alkyl group, etc., R4 is hydrogen atom or <=2 C alkyl group, etc., X is 1-3 C oxyalkylene group, (n) is a positive integer of >=1. Thus, the alkaline development of the titled composition makes possible, and the high forming property is obtd. |
