PURPOSE:To make clearance between a case and a sliding annulus uniform by putting some threads into a gap between wall surface of a holding hollow of a case and a sliding annulus facing to that wall surface on nearly equally divided position in circular direction and still bonding and fixing the sliding annulus and the case together with adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:Pieces of thread 9, put into a gap between the outer periphery surface of a sliding annulus 7 and the inner periphery wall of a holding hollow 8a of a case 8 and between the rear end face of the sliding annulus 7 and the bottom end wall of the holding hollow 8a, function as spacers lain between the sliding annulus 7 and the holding hollow 8a, and owing to threads 9 arranged in nearly equal interval, uniform clearance can be set over all around the circle. And then adhesive agent is poured into the clearance and the sliding annulus 7 and the case 8 are bonded each other.
