PURPOSE:To shorten the number of processes and a time in the correction of graphic information, by performing the retrieval, correction, and storage on a data base of the graphic information as communicating with a display device. CONSTITUTION:A graphic information retrieval/update control part 5, in the case of receiving a retrieval command from a system control part 2, retrieves the graphic information stored in the data base of an auxiliary memory device 8, and transmits it to a graphic information storage control part 7, and next, executes the update processing of the graphic information by receiving correction data. The control part, after completing the processing, transmits a display instruction command to a graphic information display control part 6, and after that, receives corrected graphic information stored in the graphic information storage control part 7 by receiving a data base update instruction command, then, updates the data base of the auxiliary memory device 8. The graphic information display control part 6 receives the graphic information by the display instruction command from the graphic information retrieval/update control part 5, and displays it on the display device 3.
