PURPOSE:To simplify and miniaturize a mechanism for feeding an accumulation type fluorescent material sheet by taking up the accumulation type fluorescent material sheet by a take-up roller, drawing out the other end from a housing only at the time of photographing and using such sheet. CONSTITUTION:An image reading means 20 and erasing means are provided in a housing 3 which is constituted by housing the take-up roller 2 to wind the band-shaped accumulation type fluorescent material sheet 1 from one end side thereof into the housing and providing a slit 3A to permit drawing out of the other end part of the sheet 1 to said housing and which has light shielding property. The other end of the sheet 1 is drawn out while light is shielded by a light shielding means. The drawn out sheet 1 is subjected to image recording and the sheet 1 with which the image recording ends is subjected to reading of the image information while the sheet is taken up by the roller 2. The size of the housing 3 to determine the substantial size of the device is thereby exceedingly reduced as compared to the conventional device which uses the sheet 1 while circulating and conveying the same.
