PURPOSE:To offer a versatile and economical service by down-loading a data base to a terminal equipment and generating the input information of the information input service through the conversation with the data base down-loaded in a terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A data base is down-loaded from an information center via a broadcast station and information is retrieved in a terminal equipment. The data base is constituted to obtain all required input information through the conversation with the user while using a key pad 102 as an input means and a TV receiver 107 as an output means. In this case, even if the input information consists of plural items or error correction is applied, since no line with the information center is formed yet, the communication cost inbetween is not required. When the input of information is finished, a common processing system 101 stores the information obtained in this way and starts a communication interface section 108 to connect it to an information center 200 and the input information is added with prescribed information such as an IP number and an order item and the result is sent.
