PURPOSE:To compensate bladder pressure at all times and to maintain the total pressure in an air channel at set pressure by controlling the opening degree of a pressure governor valve through an electronic computer according to the total air channel pressure and bladder pressure at each point of time. CONSTITUTION:The total air channel pressure P0 in a straightening cylinder 3 at each point of time is detected by a straightening cylinder pressure sensor 6, whose output signal is inputted to the electronic computer 11. At the same time, the pressure PT in the bladder 1 is transduced by a pressure transducer 18 into a pressure signal, which is inputted to the electronic computer 11. The computer 11 multiplies a conventional valve opening signal by [initial bladder pressure/bladder pressure at a point (i)] and outputs its valve opening signal to control a servo-valve 14 through an operational amplifier 12 and a servo- amplifier 13 and also operate an actuator 15, thereby controlling the pressure governor valve 12. Consequently, the bladder pressure which drops according to the blow-out air amount of the air channel is compensated at all times to maintain the total air channel pressure at the set pressure.
