PURPOSE:To contrive omission of an oxide film removing process by a method wherein a metal or alloy layer, on which an oxide film is not grown when a heat treatment is performed, is coated on the whole outer circumferential surface of the Fe alloy fine wire containing Cr. CONSTITUTION:A metal or alloy layer 12, on which an oxide film is not grown when an oxide film heat treatment is conducted, is coated on the whole outer circumferential surface of an Fe alloy fine wire 10 containing Cr. Subsequently, a resin layer 13 is formed on the outer circumferential surface other than the competent part 11 of glass sealing by conducting a partial masking, and after the surface of the fine wire 10 has been exposed by removing the exposed metal or the alloy layer 12 by etching, the resin layer 13 is removed using a solvent, and an oxide from 14 is formed on the competent part 11 of glass sealing on the exposed surface by performing a heat treatment on the oxide film in the atmosphere of humidity H2. As a result, the oxide film removing process can be omitted.
