PURPOSE:To supply toner into a toner tank through simple operation by providing a toner supply mechanism which supplies the toner into the toner tank without making hands dirty. CONSTITUTION:A squeezing jig 35 is in a thin and long plate shape and has a cut groove 35a in its one surface along its lengthwise edge and a tapered through-hole 34b which decreases gradually in longitudinal width from the other end to the one surface. The grip part 37a of a toner bag 37 is inserted into the tapered through-hole 35b, an opening/closing lid 34 is opened, and the cut groove 35a is fitted onto the peripheral edge (a) of the opening part 14a; and the squeezing jig 35 is set on the toner tank 14 and fixed, and the grip part 37a is drawn. Thus, a scored part 37b is torn and the toner 15 is dropped into the toner tank 14 successively. Then the toner bag 37 is extracted from the squeezing jig 35 to squeeze the toner 15 in the toner bag 37 into the toner tank 14 completely and uniformly. |
