摘要 PURPOSE:To quickly reduce the error by receiving two kinds of control signal by a variable position gain part and a compensating part to determine magnitudes of the position gain and the compensation input. CONSTITUTION:A control system device 10 of a servo device consists of a parameter controller 13, a variable position gain part 14, and a compensating part 15. A detection speed signal and a detection position signal are inputted to the controller 13, and a target value and a target speed are inputted there also, and respective errors are obtained to output two kinds of control signal JP and JC which determine the position gain and the compensation input. A position deviation signal and the control signal JP from a parameter controller 13 are inputted to the variable position gain part 14 and the position gain set as its function fP(JP) is calculated to output a position gain GP, and the compensating part 15 calculates and outputs a compensation input UC. Thus, such god control performance is held that the device can be quickly returned to a desired state even in case of application of disturbance.
