PURPOSE:To control transfer torque in a pure mechanical manner with no use of hydraulic pressure as well as to make stable performance showable without being subjected to the influence of a temperature changer or the like by constituting a transfer clutch in a way of combining a planetary gear mechanism and a centrifugal clutch mechanism together. CONSTITUTION:An output shaft 3 of the transmission connected to an engine is connected to a rear-wheel driving transmission shaft 4 as it is, while it is also connected to a front-wheel driving transmission shaft via a transfer clutch 5, a sprocket 6 and a chain 8. In this constitution, the transfer clutch 5 is made up of connecting a pair of sun gears 20 being engaged with each other and a ring gear 21 to the output shaft 3 and the sprocket 6 respectively. And, each of two-piece paired pinions 22 and 23 being engaged with each other are set up in spaces between these gears 20 and 21, and these pinions are engaged with respective gears 20 and 21. In addition, each of these pinions 22 and 23 is supported by a carrier 24, and a centrifugal clutch 26 is attached to this carrier 24 via a support body 25.
