PURPOSE:To make a sampling operation smooth by providing a means to output a pump stop signal when a detection value of a detector reaches a set value for stoppage of a pump after a driving signal for replacement of a filter is outputted. CONSTITUTION:When a detected flow rate of a flow rate detector 18 reaches a preset value for replacement of a filter, a flow rate indicator 19 outputs a filter replacement signal. The filter replacement signal is given as a rolling driving signal to a filter rolling unit 15 through a signal processing system 20. Receiving this rolling driving signal, the rolling unit 15 rolls up by a prescribed length an unused particle collecting filter 13 of a filter supplying unit 16 and sets same in a dust collecting unit 14. In the case when the replacement of the filter 13 is impossible due to a fault of the dust collecting unit 14 or the like, it is determined within a prescribed time by a clock source of the processing system 20 whether the filter replacement signal of the indicator 19 is reset or not, and when it is determined that this signal is not reset, it is determined by a pressure detector 21 whether a set value P1 for stoppage of a pump is reached or not. When the set value P1 is reached, a pump stop signal is outputted and thereby the pump 11 is stopped.
