PURPOSE:To improve the probability of the success of a re-calling by re-calling when an opponent device to call is used and the value set by a calling timer setting means is caused to pass. CONSTITUTION:A calling timer setting means 9 can designate the timer value of a calling timer 10 and an arbitrary value N1 is set beforehand. The value of the N1 can be freely changed. The value N1 set by the means 9 is set to the timer 10. When a communication control means 8 executes the calling action and the opponent device is used and busy, it is informed to a control circuit 1. The circuit 1 instructs the timer 10 to execute the timer starting. The timer 10 starts the counting-up by the instruction, and when the setting time is counted, it is informed to the means 8 and the calling action is executed to the same opponent again. Thus, the probability of the re-calling success can be increased.
