PURPOSE:To miniaturize the device by using power line so as to transmit/receive a signal between a fluid controller and a controller to control it thereby eliminating the need for the signal transmission line. CONSTITUTION:A DC is given to a power line 3 and a transmitter 1 uses a parallel/serial conversion circuit 4 and a control signal superimposing circuit 5 to superimpose a control signal onto the DC power supply. In the absence of the control signal, the power voltage waveform is selected to be a high prescribed value and the signal insertioninterval is to be taken into account to keep the power voltage of the receiver. The receiver 2 uses a separation circuit 7 to extract the control signal superimposed on the power supply and converts the serial control signal into a parallel control signal by a serial/ parallel conversion circuit 8, the signal is given to a amnihold to control lots of solenoid valves. The signal from the power line 3 is smoothed by a smoothing circuit 9 to activate the separation circuit 7 and the serial/parallel conversion circuit 8 stably. Thus, the wiring space is reduced and the device is miniaturized.
