PURPOSE:To enable a proper air conditioning to be carried out after a temperature is reached to a predetermined temperature by a method wherein capability is changed to a control pattern having a lower capability by a desired stage than a control pattern of a maximum capability in case that a threshold value is not reached under the control pattern of a minimum capability and exceeds a predetermined temperature and it is changed to a lower capability control pattern every time the temperature exceeds the predetermined temperature. CONSTITUTION:When temperature reaches a predetermined temperature, an operation is moved to a minimum capability control pattern so as to decrease an air conditioning capability at first, and then in case that an excessive capability is attained with this minimum capability control pattern, the temperature exceeds a threshold value temperature, so that a blower is stopped. If a capability lack occurs with a minimum capability control pattern to exceed the predetermined temperature, it is changed to a control pattern having a lower capability than the maximum capability control pattern by a desired stage, and then room temperature can be kept stable at a predetermined temperature.
