PURPOSE:To obtain titled composition of markedly improved impact strength (notched), with stable melt viscosity, good moldability and peel resistance, furthermore, with various physical properties in good balance, by incorporating thermoplastic polyester with unsaturated carboxylic acid-grafted ethylene copolymer, amide group-contg. resin, and polyepoxy compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 95-50pts.wt. of a thermoplastic polyester (pref. polybutylene terephthalate) with (B) 5-50pts.wt. of ethylene-3-6C alpha-olefin copolymer to which 0.01-10 (pref. 0.1-7)wt% of unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride is grafted. (C) 2- 50pts.wt. of an amide group-contg. resin and (D) 0.1-10pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the components (A)+(B)+(C), of a polyepoxy compound. |
