PURPOSE:To provide the titled culture device enabling the rotation and shaking of culture device with solar radiation without using a motor, by attaching a silicone rubber membrane and equilibrating the gas concentration in a liquid medium. CONSTITUTION:Silicone rubber membranes 2, 3 are fixed to a glass pipe 1 with fixing pipes 4, 5 having elliptic holes 6, 7 opening at the same angle direction. Rings 10, 11 having elliptic holes 8, 9 having the reverse angle direction are attached to the pipe 1 via the pipes 4, 5. An end of the glass pipe 1 is opened, a culture medium 12 is poured into the vessel to 95% of the volume, culture cells 13 are added to the medium, the opening is closed with a silicone rubber membrane, the whole assembly is dipped into e.g. water having light transparency, air 16 is supplied with an air pump 15 and air bubbles are discharged from a diffusion air stone in the liquid to effect the culture of the cell.
