PURPOSE:To arbitrarily set and change whether or not a tap-controlled hot water supplying function is provided in each hot water facet, by providing a valve unit in part of a water circuit from each hot water faucet to a secondary header in order to pass through and shut off circulating water flowing in the direction of going back to a hot water supplier body from the hot water faucet only. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature in water lowers in the standby state, the temperature detected by a sensor 'S' is compared with the set temperature by a standby hot-water temperature setter 50, and a gas burner 6 is started to burn. At the same time hot water heated by a heat exchanger 2 is fed to a secondary and a tertiary hot water faucets 42 and 43 only, while a primary hot water faucet 41 does not have a tap-controlled hot water supplying function. Next when an arbitrary hot water faucet is opened, a water flow switch 16 is closed and a three-way valve 4 is changed in order to prevent a secondary header 22 from being connected to the side of a pump 'P'. The temperature by a sensor 'S' is compared with the output of a hot-water temperature setter 50 and combustion of the gas burner 6 is controlled in such a manner.
