PURPOSE:To make a spectral sensitivity characteristic sharp, by making the distance between the mutually opposed bonding pads arranged to two sides parallel to an arrangement direction longer than the length, in the direction crossing the arrangement direction of SPDs at a right angle, of an interference filter. CONSTITUTION:An SPD array chip 10 having a large number of SPDs 1 arranged thereto and the interference filter 20 arranged in front of the chip 10 are mounted and the bonding pads 11 of the chip 10 are arranged to two sides of the chip 10 parallel to the arrangement direction of the SPDs 1. Further, the distance B2 between the opposed pads 11 is constituted so as to become longer than the length B1, in the direction crossing the arrangement direction of the SPDs 1 at a right angle, of the filter 20 and the distance between the filter 20 and the surface of the chip 10 is made small within the tolerant range of assembly accuracy without receiving the effect of bonding wires. By this method, a spectral sensitivity characteristic can be made sharp. |
