NEW MATERIAL:A substituted anilide derivative expressed by formula I [R1 is (substituted)monocyclo or (substituted)bicycloheterocyclic residue having N of 1-3 numbers as a ring member atom; R2 is H, alkyl, allyloxy, (substituted)1-14C alkoxy, halogen or CF3; R3 and R4 are H, (substituted)alkyl, phenyl or both together linked to form alkylene and form heterocyclic ring together with adjacent N; A is single bond, (OH-substituted)alkylene, carbonyl or S; B is single bond or (substituted)alkylene]. EXAMPLE:3-Amino-5'-methoxy-2'-(2-pyridyl)butylanilide. USE:An antiarhythmic agent reduced in by-effect and having large effect. PREPARATION:For example, an aniline derivative expressed by formula II is reacted with aminoalkylcarboxylic acid expressed by formula III to provide the aimed compound expressed by formula I.
