PURPOSE:To prevent production of electric noise due to discharge by using a semiconductor thin film so as to cover the surface of cover, providing a conductive film thereupon and connecting the film and the conductor part of the antenna electrically. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the antenna cover 10A made of a dielectric such as glass fiber reinforced plastic is convered by a semiconductor thin film 10B made of a material such as germanium and a metal made film 10D such as aluminum is formed to a part of the thin film 10B and the part 10D is connected electrically to the conductor strip of the antenna via a conductor screw 6. Since the cover and the antenna have the same potential, then the electric static discharge providing adverse effect onto the antenna performance due to the charge on the cover by electrons from the sun or the like is suppressed in using the antenna in a space.
