<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a pressure sensor by partitioning of a small tank by a bladder and connecting one chamber to a water source and providing the pressure sensor in the other chamber. CONSTITUTION:A small tank 1 is partitioned in two parts by a bladder 2 and one chamber 4 is connected to a water source and a pressure sensor 7 is provided in the other chamber 5. Thereby, the water source is isolated from the pressure sensor 7 and a water source pressure is applied to the pressure sensor 7 indirectly through the bladder 2 in the small tank 1. Therefore, a shock from the water source is not applied to the pressure sensor 7 and the reliability of the pressure sensor 7 is improved.</p> |
