PURPOSE:To improve the discharging effect of dust by providing an inclined part for spirally guiding a swirling flow which flowed from an inlet into a casting toward a discharge hole, on the end face on the lower part of said casing. CONSTITUTION:Outside air is sucked into a casing 4 from an inlet 5, the air which flows in is accelerated by the inlet 5 and guide plate 18 and flows toward the end face on the lower part of the casing 4 while spirally swirling. During the swirling of air, rough dust contained in the air is pressed against the inner wall face of the casing 4 by centrifugal force and falls toward the end face on the lower part of the casing 4 along the inner wall face due to the action of the swirling flow and the action of gravity. The dust which fallen on the lower part of the casing 4 is introduced into a dust discharging hole 15 along a spiral inclined part 17 provided on the lower part of the casing 4.
