PURPOSE:To obtain a satisfactory transfer efficiency by providing an electrifying process for electrifying a form supplied to a transfer process, to the same polarity as the charge polarity at the time of a charger transfer. CONSTITUTION:The titled method is provided with a latent image forming process for forming a latent image by executing an image exposure to an electrified photosensitive body 1, a developing process for converting this latent image to a developed image by a toner, and a transfer process for bringing the developed toner image to a charger transfer onto a form P. In this case, this method is provided with an electrifying process for electrifying the form P supplied to the transfer process, to the same polarity as a charger polarity at the time of a charger transfer. In such a way, a charge output required when the toner is transferred onto the form P from the photosensitive body 1 in the transfer process is reduced, and a load of a transfer charger 4 is reduced, and a satisfactory transfer efficiency is obtained.
