PURPOSE:To enable a reciprocal entry only executing reentry an output from a first video effect amplifier to the input of a second video effect amplifier by switching first and second control signals controlling first and second input selection switches by means of a control signal changeover switch, then outputting them. CONSTITUTION:First and second control signals to control the first and the second input selection switches in first and second video effect strings 13, 23, are switched by the control signal switching switch 3, then impressed. Hence video signals to be outputted to the first and the second video effect amplifiers can be reciprocally switched. Therefore, only by entering an output from the first video effect amplifier to the input of the second video effect amplifier, the reciprocal entry can be virtually attained with less number of delay circuits and cross points.
