PURPOSE:To carry out the safe and highly repeatable switching and connection in a short time by moving aligning members at a low speed with plugs confronted and substantially switching them at a high seed. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, the aligning members 40 and 50 are pulled out at the low speed V1 to the extent that their tip parts barely stay in the aligning circular holes 201 and 202 of a 2nd plug 20. Secondly, the tip parts of said members 40 and 50 are pulled out along with a 1st plug 10, so that they can be away from the aligning circular holes 201 and 202. Thirdly, after the 1st plug 10 is parallel-displaced up to the opposite position of a 3rd plug 30, the tip parts of the members 40 and 50 are fitted in the aligning circular holes 301 and 302 of the 3rd plug 30. A series of these procedures are executed at the high speed V2. Fourthly, the aligning members 40 and 50 are moved up to a penetrated position on the side of the 3rd plug 30 at a speed V3 similar to the seed V1, then the switching and connection are completed. Thus the safe and highly repeatable switching and connection can be carried out in an extremely short time. |
