PURPOSE:To arbitrarily set each number of revolution of the first and second shafts by connecting he first shaft of an electric motor whose revolution speed can be controlled and the second shaft on the output side through the first and second gear groups through each one-way clutch. CONSTITUTION:The first shaft 8 of an electric motor 6 can be revolved normally and reversely and speed-changed by a control circuit 7. The gear A at one edge of the first shaft 8 is connected with the second shaft 10 through the first gear group 9 of the gears B, C and D and a one-way clutch 12, and through the second gear group 11 of the gears C, E and F and a one-way clutch 13. In the normal revolution of the electric motor 6, the first shaft 8 is revolved normally, and the second shaft 10 is normally revolved through the first gear group 9. When the electric motor 6 is revolved reversely, the second shaft 10 is revolved reversely through the second gear group 11, together wit the first shaft 8. Therefore, each revolution speed of the first and second shafts can be set arbitrarily.
