PURPOSE:To stabilize a high tension output voltage, by a method wherein the component of the crest value of a pulse wave, induced in a tertiary coil is added to the high tension output voltage in accordance with the variation of the high tension output voltage due to the change of a high tension output current. CONSTITUTION:A high voltage generating device puts a flyback power source 15 ON and OFF intermittently by means of a horizontal deflection circuit 9 and supplies a high voltage output from the high voltage coil 7 of a flyback transformer 21 to a cathode ray tube 17 through a high voltage cable 16. Said transformer is provided with a tertiary coil 22 and the output thereof is connected to said high voltage coil 7 through the transistor 27 of a summing control circuit 24 after smoothing it by means of the capacitor 33 of a smoothing circuit means. According to this constitution, the amount of the drop of the high tension output voltage is controlled by adding the amount in accordance with the variation of a high tension output current whereby stabilized characteristics of the title device as a whole may be obtained and regulation may be improved. |
