摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce aeration resistance in the indoor unit of an air conditioner and improve defrosting performance in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner by a method wherein means roughness at the center line of a surface of a heat exchanging material using aluminum alloy material is made less than a specified value. CONSTITUTION:Mean roughness (Ra) at the center line of a surface of a heat exchanging material is made less than about 0.12mum. In order to make this thickness, the surface of an aluminum alloy rolled material for example is finished with bright to have its Ra of about 0.01-0.10mum with bright rolls except a mill finish with a Ra of about 0.2-0.5mum at the final finishing stage of cold rolling process, or it is luster finished. In other words, mill finishing is mechanically ground such as DT grinding, a grinder grinding and a buff grinding, etc., to cause Ra to have about 0.002-0.12mum or any one of them is combined with each other to finish Ra to have a mirror surface of about 0.002-0.12mum.
