<p>PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance and mechanical strength by removing voids or bubbles between layers of a laminate by a method in which the resin liquid amount in the laminated base material impregnated with resin liquid after a covering has been laminated, is most suitably adjusted, and the laminate is cured in the state where forming pressure is substantially not applied. CONSTITUTION:A continuous drying device 12, an impregnating device 2, a laminating device 3, a continuous heating and curing furnace 4, a drawing device 13 and a cutting device 5 are arranged in order for the sheetlike base material 6 supplied continuously from base material feeding parts 1. When preimpregnation is carried out by impregna tion of a liquid compound using no solvent or adsorption of gaseous compound, the drying device 12 may be omitted. The sheetlike base material 6 is impregnated with the thermosetting resin liquid which makes the drying unnecessary substantially and generates scarcely reaction byproducts such as gas or liquid in curing reaction process. A plurality of these impregnated base material are continuously transferred and are laminated continuously and further are cured under are pressure, whereby the laminate 7 is produced. At the time when filmlike or sheetlike covering material is laminated on said laminate having the base material impregnated with resin, the weight ratio of the resin liquid to the impregnated base material is adjusted in the range of 30-80%.</p> |
