摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at the shortening of arranging time and improvement in quality by reciprocating a vessel with a lot of pin inserting holes in the orthogonal direction to a shaft on a magnetic field rotary mechanism while giving vertical vibration to it, in case of an arranger for a stepped magnetic material pin. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material pin is charged in a vessel 9, rotating a rotary magnetic shaft 2 clockwise or counterclockwise. Simultaneously the vessel 3 is vibration in a Z direction, while it is reciprocated in E and F directions. With this operation, the pin inside the vessel 3 receives action of a magnetic pole of a magnet 201 and repeats reversal motion as describing sector form. During this reversal motion, if a slender side of the pin is matched to a pin inserting hole 303 of the vessel 3, it is attracted by magnetic force and thereby the pin is inserted into the hole 303. In this case, the magnet 201 is set up at an equi-interval in the right-handed screw direction from shaft one end of the rotary magnetic shaft 2 as well as in the left-handed screw direction from the shaft other end. With this constitution, the pin is arrangeable in a short time and, what is more, its deterioration is preventable.
