<p>An edging strip applicator has a handle 2 which is rigidly connected to an electrically heated pressure pad 3 and an axle of a roller 6. In use, the pad 3 heats adhesive under an edging strip and the roller 6 presses the strip firm in position (e.g. on the edge of a board) as the applicator moves in a continuous path along and above the strip. The pad 22 may be connected at one end of the handle 23, a guide 24 at the other end while the roller 25 located therebetween. Alternatively the other end of the handle may have the roller. The width of the guide 24 may be adjusted for different width boards and blades 28 may extend downwards to cut off excess edging strip as the applicator 21 is moved forward. <IMAGE></p> |
