<p>A tubular belt conveyor comprises front and rear end rollers, an endless belt movable between the two rollers and a plurality of guide frames which support the belt. The belt is rolled up into tubular form in which powdered or granular material is transported continuously without scattering. Some of the guide frames are arranged such that their axes are laterally away from the longitudinal axis of the belt. Accordingly, the conveyed material such as a long piece does not bamp against the belt wall, whereby it is prevented to damage the belt or interrupt the running.</p> |
