PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance and slidability under high temp. and to improve service life by burying almost cylindrical shaped ceramic having the specific coefficient of friction and high temp. hardness in surface of a belt-like annular base body at the specific explosing area to form a bearing part. CONSTITUTION:The almost cylindrical shaped ceramic 12 containing one kind or more among ZrB2, TiB2, TiC, etc., as essential component of <=0.5 the coefficient of friction at 500 deg.C and >=500kg/mm<2> Vickers hardness at 500 deg.C, is buried into the belt-like annular base body 13, so that the explosing area becomes to 1-3,000mm<2>. By this constitution, the service life can be improved. |
