PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound in high selectivity and yield without forming by-products and further dehydrochlorinating, by reacting a specific dialkoxysilane compound with a Grignard reagent. CONSTITUTION:A Grignard reagent expressed by the formula R<2>MgX (R<2> is monofunctional hydrocarbon; X is halogen) (e.g. methylmagnesium chloride) is dripped and reacted with a dialkoxysilane compound expressed by formula I (A is H, halogen, vinyl, perfluoroalkyl, nitrile, N,N-dialkylamino, chain or cyclic oxyalkyl or substituted phenylene having the above-mentioned groups as a substituent group; R<1> is alkyl; n is 0-20) in an organic solvent (e.g. THF) to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula II.
