PURPOSE:To improve the temperature characteristic of a resonance frequency by holding elastically a columnar dielectric stored into a case between both laminated bodies and allowing to contact elastically a metallic foil with an electrode. CONSTITUTION:At both edges of a side wall 24 formed by using a metallic plate 30, an upper plate 25 and a lower plate 26 formed by a laminated body 31 of a metallic foil 28, an elastic material 29 and a metallic plate 30 are fixed so that the metallic foil 28 can be the inside, a case 22 is formed, and a columnar dielectric 23 stored into the case 22 is elastically held with the upper plate 25 and the lower plate 26. Consequently, the whole surface of an end electrode film 27 of the columnar dielectric 23 and the metallic foil 28 can be uniformly brought into contact therewith and the characteristic worsening of the dielectric can be prevented. Thus, the difference of the linear expansion coefficient between the metallic plate 30 and the columnar dielectric 23 to constitute the case can be absorbed by the elastic material and the temperature characteristic of the resonance frequency can be improved.
