PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting of a winter tire by fitting half tires bisected two along the diameter over a summer tire then fastening half tires by fasteners. CONSTITUTION:A winter tire 2 is bisected to form two half tires 2a, 2b along the diameter, and the inner circumferential faces of respective half tires 2a, 2b are made fittable to the outer circumference of a summer tire 1. Hard metallic reinforcing rings 3a, 3b are fixed to inner circumferential edge at the opposite sides of respective half tires 2a, 2b and coupling fasteners 4 are provided at the opposite ends of respective reinforcing rings 3a, 3b. By such arrangement, winter tire can be mounted easily by fitting half tires over summer tire then fastening half tires through coupling fasteners, resulting in facilitation of mounting/demounting of winter tire.
