Thus, 2.13 g N-[3-(3-piperidinomethyl-phenoxy)propyl ethane diimideamide.3HCl in 20 ml DMF is treated with 2.02 g sulfur.Cl, dissolved in 200 ml H2O, and treated with K2CO3, followed by extracting with methylene chloride to give 0.76 g 3amino-4-[3-(3- piperidinomethylphenoxy)propylamino 1,2,5-thiadiazole.
