PURPOSE:To improve the dimension accuracy of a fitting position of a blade member by installing the titled device so as to be freely attachable and detachable to and from a fitting object body, in a state that an opening part of the device itself is turned to the outside peripheral surface of a photosensitive drum. CONSTITUTION:With respect to a fitting object body, the titled device is installed so as to be freely attachable and detachable in a state that an opening part 13 of the device itself is turned to the outside peripheral surface of a photosensitive drum 4. Also, this device is provided with a cleaning housing 12 for collecting a toner scraped from the surface of the drum 4, and a soft plate member 11 which is attached to the upper end edge of the opening part 13 of the housing 12 in a state that the tip of itself is pressed against the surface of the drum 4. In this state, the member 11 and the housing 12 are attached as one body so as to be freely attachable and detachable to and from a cleaning housing fitting part 8a of a casing 8. Accordingly, the dimension accuracy for its fitting can be improved.
