摘要 PURPOSE:To improve cutting performance and tool rigidity and to prevent lowering of performance even at a connection boundary between a support base material and a blade member even during regrinding, by a method wherein a blade member is contained during extrusion molding of a support base material, and forms a tool material in association with the support base material. CONSTITUTION:Raw material powder with which a support base material 2, formed by a material equivalent to P40 and having toughness, is supplied to an extrusion nozzle 1. Raw material powder with which a blade member 4 formed by a material equivalent P20 and having rigid wear resistance is fed to an extrusion nozzle 3. Thus, in a rodform molded product 5, a molded prod.part with which the blade member 4 is formed is contained in a molded product with which the support base material 2 is formed, and the rodform molded product produces a tool material through a sintering process. Based on the material, for example, an end mill is formed by grinding; a flute groove, a cutting edge, and a margin part are respectively formed, effective grinding operation is practicable by means of the material of the blade member 4, and rigidity is improved by the material of the support base material 2.
