PURPOSE:To ensure safety at a low-cost, by a method wherein, when running turbulence occurs in a roller means region due to an electrode wire, the electrode wire makes contact with a box type cover and a conductive base plate part, and a leak current signal flows through a lead wire to a safety circuit. CONSTITUTION:An electric shock preventing cover 40 is mounted in the position of the rear end of a lower arm 26 in a manner to cover a wire running passage therewith. An insulating plate 58 formed by an electric insulating material is nipped between a conductive base plate 56, to which a roller device 34a is situated, and the lower arm 26. When running turbulence occurs due to an electrode wire running through a cover 40, it also makes contact with the conductive base plate 56 due to slackness of the wire produced by the influence of the running turbulence. A lead wire 52 is attached to the base plate 56 through a proper terminal 66, and is connected to the safety circuit of control device.
