PURPOSE:To reduce a deterioration with time in a desensitizing printing part, by a method wherein a heat sensitive ink is prepared using an amide-amine derivative obtained by combining a dimer acid, which is obtained by dimerizing an unsaturated fatty acid, with a fatty polyamine. CONSTITUTION:An amide-amine derivative is produced by bringing a dimer acid which is a dimer of an unsaturated fatty acid shown by a formula I into a condensation reaction with various fatty polyamines. A desensitizing ink is prepared by incorporating the amide-amine derivative as a desensitizer content approximately 10-60 wt.%, preferably about 15-50 wt.%, in the nonvolatile content of the desensitiaing ink. This desensitizing ink is applicable to various printing press for flexography, photogravure, offset printing, or the like because of its physical properties, not limited to a letterpress printing, and also can especially work with a wet offset printing system in which a desensitizing ink is used for a high-speed printing. |
