PURPOSE:To form an explosion-proof structure so that the distribution of the load applied to the panel side from the outside can be changed by forming the shapes of the corner sections of a panel having a nearly rectangular screen or the funnel section into the nonuniform radius of curvature. CONSTITUTION:The shapes of corner sections D constituting four corners of a screen of a panel having the nearly rectangular screen or a funnel are not formed into the uniform radius of curvature (r) but have the uniform radiuses RL1, RS2. The corner sections D near the contact point with the radius RL1 and near the contact point with the radius RS1 have the locally nearly equivalent radiuses of curvature rL, rS respectively, and rL is not equal to rS. The load distribution can be thereby changed relatively easily when a load is applied to the panel side section of the explosion-proof structure from the outside. The stress at the portion with the high stress can be further reduced.
