PURPOSE:To easily machine a superconductive material by dispersing the superconductive material formed into powder in a dispersion medium having the property to be easily deformed like a metal such as Cu or an organic substance such as resin and coagulating it. CONSTITUTION:For example, copper oxide and Ba and Y are mixed and heat- treated at about 1000 deg.C to compose (Ba0.6Y0.4)CuO41 known as a high- temperature superconductive material, then it is crushed into powder. Then, this powder is dispersed in a molten Al dispersion medium and cooled and coagulated. The oxide-Al composite material thus obtained is transited into a superconductive state at 90 deg.K or lower and moreover has the property to be machined into a wire rod. Accordingly, the property to be easily machined can be applied to an oxide superconductive material.
