Hydrodynamic flow circuit with a device for active/adaptive idling torque minimisation

In a hydrodynamic flow circuit in which, to reduce the power losses in the emptied condition due to air ventilation, a certain quantity of a sealing medium is injected into the working space, the power loss is reduced to a minimum by controlling the idling torque, this being done by controlling the quantity of sealing medium injected into the working space in such a way that the system always operates with the minimum losses, control being exercised with reference to a parameter which is a measure of the idling torque.
