The invention relates to a shoe support (12) on an alpine surfing apparatus (1), which consists of two skis (2, 3) connected via a lever mechanism (4). The lever mechanism (4) comprises a foot-board (5), the skis (2, 3) being set on edge when the foot-board (5) is tilted transversely to the skiing direction (6). Guide shoes (10) are attached to the skis (2, 3) and the lever mechanism (4) is releasably fitted into these by means of support feet (9). As an auxiliary shoe support (12), especially for travelling on lifts, a loop part (14) is proposed which has a foot part (17) shaped so that it can be fitted into the guide profile of a guide shoe (10) and locked. The toe of a shoe (13) can be inserted into the loop part. Expediently, a heel strap (23) is used as a further means of securing the shoe (13) and is connected to the loop part (14) in the lateral regions thereof. In a further embodiment, a loop part is proposed which is clamped under a guide shoe. <IMAGE>
