PURPOSE:To reduce a cell size and to attain stable circuit operation by inserting a Schottky barrier diode to a latch FF with reset/set function. CONSTITUTION:In the latch FF with reset function comprising an ECL, a Schottky barrier diode (D)1, D2 is inserted and connected. A potential H of a base of a transistor(TR) Q3 becomes lower than the H level of a RESET input signal by a potential difference across the diode D2. In such a case, a forward voltage VF of the Schottky barrier diode is nearly 300mV and since the H level of the base of the TR Q3 is nearly equal to the reference voltage VR1 by taking the logical amplitude in the inside of the LSI as 600mV, the RESET function acts normally. Thus, stable circuit operation is attained and the call side is reduced.
